Hike or Bike to view the water falls and the lake!

Leaving the peace, solitude and relaxation of the lodge will be tough... But there are plenty of opportunities to get out and be adventurous!

Wallace Falls Hike. 5 mile round trip from the lodge. Climbing nearly 1400 feet in three miles is a workout. Estimated time is 2 to 2.5 hours. Because of its low elevation (320 feet above sea level at the trail head) Wallace Falls is an all season trail with several view points of the 265 foot waterfall. A family hike, the Wallace Falls trail ascends through a beautifully shaded ferny forest. Several bridges that cross over creeklets and benches along the way provide opportunities for rest.

  • Steven's Pass Skiing, Snowboarding & Cross Country Skiing: A 35 minute drive up Hwy 2 will take you to a great time in the snow. Refer to our Winter Ski packages.
  • Kayaking, White Water River Rafting very close by.
  • Horse Back Riding: Opportunities for a horse ride in the country are near by.
  • Mountain Biking: Many trails around the area to bike and see the views.
