Wedding Policies
Access to Event Spaces: All wedding packages include 22 hour access to all event spaces, from noon to 10am the following day. Early check-in and/or late check-out cannot be accommodated. Wedding guests not staying at The Lodge are welcome for a 6 hour event window ending at 10pm, 2 additional hours may be added at a cost of $225/hour. All guests not sleeping at The Lodge must be off property by midnight.
Lodge Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. Every wedding package includes one night private rental of The Lodge. Early check-in and/or late check-out cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please see our Wedding Rates page for pricing to add additional vacation nights to your wedding package.
Catering: You may pick any caterer or food truck to fit your budget and taste. Please note that all caterers and food trucks must be self contained, licensed and insured. The Lodge kitchen is not suitable as a catering kitchen.
Alcohol: You may bring in your own wine, beer, and hard spirits with a $10/day banquet permit from WA State and a licensed and insured bartender. These are required if you are serving any alcohol at your event. Copy of banquet permit and bartender details must be verified by The Wallace Falls Lodge prior to wedding group check-in.
Event Insurance: Event Insurance with Host Liquor Liability is required. Insurance may be purchased through theeventhelper.com or another reputable company. Policy requirements and limits are outlined in our rental agreement.
Music: Outdoor amplified music must be turned off by 10:00PM in accordance with county ordinance. You may move your dance party indoors after 10pm.
Outdoor Reception Tent: The reception tent will be set up for you in advance of your arrival for high season weddings.
Tables & Chairs: Our team will set out the number of tables and chairs that you request and your group can set them up as you wish. Set-up and break down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the wedding party.
Property: Grass and the environment must be protected at all times. Decorations that are damaging to the lawns are not permitted. No small plastic decorations such as table confetti or glitter permitted. No driving on the lawn at any time. Excessive cleaning will be charged at a rate of $40/hr from damage deposit.
