Wedding Packages at The Lodge
All wedding packages at The Wallace Falls Lodge include the following:
120+ Guest Capacity: Your wedding package includes tents, tables and chairs for up to 120 guests. However, with space for up to 300, if you’d like to rent additional tents, tables and chairs from other vendors (or bring your own), then no need to say no to your second cousin’s plus one or your parents’ golf buddies. We charge $20/guest for guests over 120.
Lengthy Rental Period:
22 hour event space access: check-in to event spaces at noon on the day of your event and check out of event spaces at 10am the next morning, providing you plenty of time to set-up and take-down at your leisure. Check-out of The Lodge (sleeping accommodations) is 11am.
6 hour event window: This window includes 30 minutes prior to your event start time and 30 minutes after last song. You may add an additional 2 hours at the rate of $200/hour. Keep in mind, this window is only the time your wedding guests need to head out—your nearest and dearest sleeping at The Lodge with you may party until the sun comes up!
The Lodge: 4pm check-in and 11am check-out.
Freedom to select your own vendors: You may select your own vendors, including caterers, DJ, and bartenders. A caterer is required for all weddings over 40 guests. All vendors must be licensed and insured. Unsure who to hire? We are happy to share our recommended vendor list with you.
Bring Your Own Alcohol: Save money and ensure you are serving exactly what you want with the flexibility to provide your own alcohol. State banquet permit required along with a licensed and insured bartender.
Reception Tent (high season): A 30’ x 40’ lighted white reception tent with additional power source nearby. Tent sides with windows available should the day’s weather require it.
The Great Lawn & Wedding Arch: Our multi-acre lawn with birch tree grove and mountain backdrop is an idyllic place to say, “I do”. We have two wedding arch options, with one more traditional and one more modern. They both look handsome on their own or you can partner with your florist to adorn it to your personal style.
Bridal Ready Room: Our lower-level spa room is the perfect spot for any bride (or groom!) to get ready with their bridal party. Complete with wall length mirror, salon style chairs for hair and make-up, and long live-edge wood beauty bar, this space will have you feeling relaxed, not to mention provide you with the perfect back drop for all of your getting ready photos.
Luxury Event Bathrooms: Your rental includes use of our gorgeous (yes, you can call a bathroom gorgeous!) event bathrooms. Event bathrooms have 2 spacious bathrooms stalls, a full vanity sink with hot and cold water, and showers should any of your guests take advantage of our camping options.
Accommodations at The Lodge: No need for the fun to end when the wedding does! Time to hang around the fire pit, take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy a private night at our beautiful mountain chalet with up to 25 of your closest friends and family. The Wallace Falls Lodge includes 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and sleeps up to 25 guests. An additional bunk-room (sleeps 6) may be added to any rental for a per-night fee. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. And yes, we do have air conditioning. 😊
Hand-crafted wood tables: We have 11 gorgeous handmade live-edge hardwood tables. The head table is 14’ long and the other ten tables are 10’ long. They are works of art, tying in perfectly with the wooded Lodge setting and do not require table clothes.
Chairs & Additional Tables: Use of The Lodge’s collection of beautiful small handmade tables and 2 hand-crafted wooden benches. Perfect for use as gift, guest book, cake staging, or for a sweetheart table. We also have 125 white folding chairs and an assortment of 6' rectangular banquet tables, 5' round tables.
5 Wine Barrels: Perfect for use as cocktail tables or to house photos, guest book, etc.
Decorations: Take advantage of our lending library of decorations.
Grills: 3 BBQ grills, one gas and two charcoal.
Wood Burning Fire Pit: Our large firepit is surrounded by permanent wood benches, making it the perfect gathering spot. Fire supplies included with rental.
Gas Fire Pit: No need to worry about a summer burn ban getting in the way of your s’mores plans. Simply light up the gas fire pit for an easy, smoke-free option.
PA System: PA/music system available to use with your own playlist of music. Includes 1 large speaker and microphone.
Hot Tub: Do you want to end your wedding night star gazing from the hot tub or wake up the morning after and enjoy a mimosa or cup of coffee while taking in the mountain views—we think that is a great idea too!
Flexible Payment Plan: We require 25% down to secure your date. We then we divide the balance up into monthly or every-other-month payments between your time of booking and your wedding date.
Lifetime Bride & Groom Vacation Rental discount: Lifetime 10% discount off vacation rentals for the bride & groom with a standard wedding package and 5% lifetime discount for elopement package.
No Additional Cleaning Fee: Our wedding packages are all-inclusive with no cleaning or add-on fees. We take care of all garbage and recycle for your vacation stay and your event—no need to pack out trash!
Venue Liaison: A member of our team will be there for your big day. They will be available to answer questions and ensure restrooms remain clean and well-stocked throughout your celebration. They will also help guide wedding guests out at the end of the night, so you don’t have to!
Optional Add-ons
Bunk Room: Do you need to make room for additional guests? You may add our bunk room for a nightly fee. The bunk room has one king bed, 2 extra-long twin beds and one set of bunkbeds.
Housekeeping: The Lodge functions as a vacation rental in which guests receive a clean Lodge upon check-in and cleaning staff does not return until after check-out. Mid-stay and/or daily housekeeping can be added.
Housekeeping Light, $100/day: This includes making beds and tidying bathrooms only. Sheets will only be changed upon request. This can be added on for as many or as few days as you like.
Kitchen Cleaning, $100/day: This includes doing all dishes and cleaning the kitchen, which can include dishes from the day before. This must be paid for daily or the fee will increase if there are several days dishes accumulated. For example, ever-other-day will be $200.
Check-out Process Opt-Out: As part of the check-out process, guests are asked to strip beds, load all dirty dishes into the dishwashers and run them, and remove all food from refrigerators. In a rush? You may opt out of these obligations for $350
