Vacation Rates

Rates are subject to 11% sales and occupancy tax. Prices include private rental of 10-bedroom Lodge, outdoor areas and cleaning fee. Please note that rental does not include use of event spaces (The Carriage House & Event Bathrooms). There is a $300 refundable damage deposit for all vacation rentals.

Low Season: November 1st through April 30th

• Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun): $1,700 per night, 2-night minimum.

• Weekday (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thu): $1,500 per night, 2-night minimum.

• 2025 Holiday weeks (Nov 24-30, Dec 22-Dec 28, Dec 31-Jan 1): $2,315/night, 3-night minimum.

• Martin Luther King Jr. & President’s day weekends: $1,850/night, 3-night minimum.

• Weekly Rate: 10% off stays of 4 nights or more. Discount applies to weeknights only.

High sEASON: May 1st through October 31st

• Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) & Holidays: $2,315 per night, 3-night min

• Weekday (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thu): $1,785 per night, 2-night min.

• Weekly Rate: 10% off stays of 4 weeknights or more. Discount applies to weeknights only.

• Please note that advanced reservations for high season Fridays & Saturdays are reserved for wedding bookings. Remaining weekend vacancies are opened up for vacation rentals on January 5th of the same year. We are happy to put your name down as a hold and if your weekend of choice remains unbooked, we will reach out to you in January to complete your rental agreement and invoice. Please call or text to hold your weekend of choice. This policy does not apply to vacation stays of 5-night or greater, which may include weekends and be made up to two years in advance.

Partial Lodge & Single-Room Rentals

The Lodge offers partial-Lodge and single-room rentals when we have last-minute availability. Looking to stay with us in the next 3 weeks? If you want to soak up the mountains on whim, these specials are a great excuse to enjoy The Lodge at a discounted rate.
